Scope and Mission

The TESTA workshop is a focused, open discussion platform dedicated to exchange of fresh ideas, industrial best practices, methodologies and work‐in‐progress around test related standards, especially those being actively developed today or the ones recently released.

The organizing committee is welcoming contributions covering IEEE 1149.x, IEEE 1500, IEEE 1687, IEEE P1838, IEEE 1450, etc. Particularly welcome are contributions that discuss what works, what does not, or how the standards were incorporated into existing or new DFT methodologies. Reports on first‐time usage of new and upcoming standards are welcome, as is research exploring the best usage of features described in these standards.

The workshop will be co-located with ETS 2017 in Limassol, Cyprus. It takes place on Thursday, May 25, afternoon till Friday, May 26.

The program of the workshop is available for download.

The organizers of the TESTA Workshop would like to thank the following Gold Level Supporters for their contributions:

Outline of the Workshop

The program will be composed of regular presentations and posters selected from the submissions. Since some of these test standards are relatively new, parts of the workshop are dedicated to educating the attendees. This may take the form of embedded tutorials or open Q & A panel discussions with experts in the field.
A joint discussion panel accompanied with wine and cheese will be held on Thursday evening in collaboration with RESCUE Workshop.

Submissions

The organizers invite new work within the scope of the workshop. Paper submissions are welcome as an extended abstract between one and two pages. Please email the organizers with informal suggestions for embedded tutorial topics. A formal tutorial proposal shall include a one-page summary describing the contents and goals of the proposed tutorial.

A submission will be considered evidence that upon acceptance the author(s) will present the paper or tutorial at the workshop. Submission details can be found on the workshop's web page.

Please submit your extended abstract or paper using the EasyChair system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=testa17.

Informal Proceedings

The workshop distributes manuscripts and slideware only to attendees after the workshop. No author is obligated to have his or her contribution included in these informal proceedings. A paper manuscript may be a revised extended abstract or in common IEEE 2‐column format.

Registration and Location

The workshop will be co-located with ETS 2017 in Limassol, Cyprus and takes place in the ETS conference venue, Amathus Beach Hotel.
